3. In collaboration with our partners we will strategize and define the work we are going to perform before we begin.

5. Regularly ask clients how we are doing and what we can be doing better.
6. Openly and regularly discuss how you charge and how you can work together to bring efficiencies and improvements to the process while continuing to add value.
