Positioning a company or organization is often counter intuitive. For example, most often the organization that most narrowly defines its niche attracts more customers as we desire to do business with people who are experts at a specific discipline.
Attempt to be all things to all people and most people will take a pass as it is not realistic. We all understand that no one can be good at everything.
